What is it with me? I'm always okay with Mondays, but Tuesdays definitely aren't for me.
But I tried out the veggie casserole recipe I mentioned yesterday! The food was absolutely delicious, even surprisingly so. I mean, it was just vegetables and some salt, basil and black pepper after all.
A confession: I've never cooked anything with eggplant in it before. So there you see my first ever eggplant being chopped to bits and pieces.
Onion and seasoning missing, otherwise ready for cooking.
And there it is, the tasty result. Oh, I got all hungry now.
By the way, guess what I did on this Valentine's day? Pissed off both mom and the Boyfriend. Luckily the dog seems to love me still. (Nothing serious, really - just thought I'd mention in honor of this fake fest of love.)
Edit. Blogger, you playing around with my fonts, huh? I just noticed that not only the text of this post and the one of yesterday are in a different font than the ones before them, but this one now has two different fonts in it. And I can't change that fact with simply pressing a button, so I won't do it, then. Looks stupid.
