Day 9: Dreaming of distant lands

I'm feeling lazy today, so I decided to give up with school work and focus on planning the trip instead. After finding out that getting to Dubrovnik in April would require two stop-overs, we started thinking about other options.

At the moment the leading ones are either Corfu and Albania or Kos and Turkey. Kefalonia sounds the most attractive of the Greek islands for me, but I think we'll go for a place that is the easiest to get to and has the most to offer. Laziness in effect here as well. The Italy trip last year required quite a lot of planning, so it would be nice just to take it easy this time.

But we definitely aren't the kind of people who'd like to spend their vacation just chilling on the beach, so I bet this trip will be an interesting one, full of experiences and, well, awesomeness in general. Besides both Albania and Turkey - especially Albania - would increase the exotic factor.

It's so pretty there I'm gonna cry. Plus the food, the historic sites and the thought of the spring of the Mediterranean... Of which I haven't experienced more than those couple of days in Venice in May. But I've read some things. On the Internet.

ps. A wonderful start for the day: I woke up damn tired but made it in time to the bus stop - just to find out the lecture starts at noon. Instead of the 10 more minutes of sleep that I so wished for, I could've had two hours. Dumbass.
